This course equips allied health practitioners with the skills to assess, diagnose and manage lower limb issues in skiers—an environment where traditional gait-based thinking no longer applies.

You’ll learn how to:

• Think beyond walking and running biomechanics - be ski specific

• Understand the ski boot and its role in the skiers’ performance

• Translate clinical findings into on-snow outcomes

• Prescribe orthotics and interventions that actually work inside a rigid boot and can be done in your current clinical setting

• Hands-on experience manufacturing orthotics and modifying ski boots
