  • Yes — all Outlet boots are new, unused, unridden stock.

  • They’re previous-season models or end-of-line sizes. Nothing wrong with them — they’re simply being cleared to make room.

    OUTLET boots are sold without any fitting service, in-person or online.

    If you would like a fitting, please book an appointment for a new boot-fit.

    Fitting guarantees apply only to full-price boots purchased through an Ortho Ski fitting appointment.

  • You may book an appointment, but it is charged at the standard fitting rate and is not included with the Outlet purchase.
    Note: Not all boots will be suitable for custom fitting; some limitations may apply and we do not guarantee the fit of Outlet boots.

  • No - the boots are stored and shipped direct from our warehouse which is not near our shop.

  • OUTLET boots are priced for clearance. This allows us to offer genuine savings without the associated fitting services provided in our premium offering.

  • We ship to anywhere within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
