All you ever wanted to know about our OUTLET Shipping and Returns policy.


This Shipping & Returns Policy applies exclusively to products purchased from the Ortho Ski OUTLET. Our OUTLET offers brand new previous-season ski boots at heavily discounted prices. As such, the OUTLET operates with strict conditions that comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant Victorian regulations.

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from our warehouse.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days for metro areas

  • 3–10 business days for regional and rural areas

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, seasonal congestion, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Free Australia wide.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery information is correct.

Ortho Ski OUTLET is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Parcels returned due to non-collection

  • Courier redirection issues

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details, reshipping fees will apply.

Returns Policy

The Ortho Ski OUTLET offers genuine savings on previous-season stock. Because these items are discounted and limited in quantity, all OUTLET sales are final except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

No Returns for Change of Mind, Fit or Size

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Fit or comfort issues

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Flex preference

  • Foot shape mismatch

  • Colour or model preference

  • Change of mind

  • Buying multiple sizes to try on

All OUTLET sales are final.
This is permitted under Australian Consumer Law and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Faulty Goods / Warranties

Under ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a fault that is considered a manufacturing defect or a major failure.

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if a product:

  • Has a manufacturing or materials defect

  • Fails during normal use and the failure is not caused by misuse

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Is unsafe

  • Cannot be repaired within a reasonable time

  • Warranties are granted on

What Is Not Considered a Fault?

The following are not considered faults under the ACL:

  • Boots not fitting your foot

  • Boots feeling too tight, too loose, or uncomfortable

  • Incorrect size or flex selection

  • Personal preference changes

  • Damage caused by use, incorrect wearing, heat moulding, or modifications

  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear

  • Buying a previous-season product knowingly


Lodging a Fault or Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with the following.

Step 1 – Email Us

boots@orthoski.com.au

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the fault

Step 2 – Assessment

We assess all warranty issues in line with:

  • Manufacturer guidelines

  • Expectations of acceptable quality

  • Normal boot wear patterns

  • Evidence provided

This includes contacting the manufacturer for assessment.

Step 3 – Outcome

If the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault, we will offer:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A repair (if appropriate)

If the item is not faulty under ACL, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Return Shipping for Faulty Goods

If your product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the product is not found to be faulty or the issue relates to fit, size, flex, preference, or change of mind, you will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping to us

  • Shipping costs to send the item back to you (if requested)

Outlet-Specific Conditions

Due to the nature of the Ortho Ski OUTLET, the following conditions apply:

  • All products are brand new previous-season models

  • Packaging may vary, be damaged or be unavailable

  • We cannot offer exchanges

  • We cannot order alternative sizes

  • No fitting services or fitting guarantee are included with any OUTLET purchase

These conditions do not affect your rights under the ACL regarding faulty goods.
